Warranty policy

This is an English translation of our Dutch terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Statutory warranty

Every product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. That is the statutory warranty, and you always have it. Nothing in this policy or in our terms takes anything away from it.

2. If something is wrong

If the product is not in order, we repair or replace it free of charge. You may choose which, unless that is impossible or would cost unreasonably more than the other option. If repair or replacement fails, or does not happen within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or you can cancel the purchase.

If a defect comes to light within one year of delivery, we assume it was already there at delivery, unless we prove otherwise.

3. Reporting

Report a defect as soon as possible after you discover it. A report within two months of discovery is always in time.

4. What is not a defect

Small visible print layers and minimal unevenness are part of 3D printing and are not a defect. Damage that arises after delivery is also not covered by the warranty when it is caused by:

  • mounting that does not follow the instructions, or fixings that do not suit the wall or the weight
  • use for a different model than the one in the product description, or loading it more heavily than that model
  • dropping, knocks or other external influences
  • prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat, when the instructions advise against it
  • normal wear and tear

5. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by a defect in our product, as the law provides. We are not liable for damage that arises because the product was mounted or used contrary to the instructions or the product information.

If you buy as a business, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

6. Use

Our products are intended for decorative indoor use. They are not toys. The safety information is on every product page under "Manufacturer and safety".
