This is an English translation of our Dutch terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

GeckoBricks is a trade name of Mist Prints.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Mist Prints web shop. You can read and save them before you order.

Article 3 – Product description

All Mist Prints products are 3D-printed products that we make to order.

Small visible print layers, minimal unevenness or slight variations in finish are part of 3D printing. They are characteristics of the product and not defects.

Colours in photos may differ slightly from the actual product.

Article 4 – Use and mounting

The products are intended for decorative indoor use. Keep them out of direct sunlight so that colour and material stay in good condition.

Fixings (screws and plugs) are not included. Choose fixings that suit your wall and the weight of your set. If in doubt, get in touch with us.

Each product is designed for the model in the product description. Do not use it for other models and do not load it more heavily than that model.

Article 5 – Prices and obvious errors

All prices include VAT. You will see the shipping costs before you complete your order.

In the case of an obvious mistake in a price or in the product information, which you could reasonably have recognised, we are not bound by that price. We may then cancel the order and refund the amount paid straight away.

Article 6 – Payment

You pay in advance, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. We put an order into production as soon as payment has been received.

Article 7 – Delivery

We print your order within 3 to 5 working days and ship it with DHL to the Netherlands and Belgium. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel the agreement free of charge and we will refund everything.

The risk of loss or damage only passes to you once you have received the parcel.

Article 8 – Cooling-off period and returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. How it works, what it costs and when it does not apply is in our returns policy. The model form is on the withdrawal form page.

Article 9 – Warranty and liability

You always have the statutory warranty: the product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. What happens if it does not is in our warranty policy.

We are liable for damage caused by a defect in our product, as the law provides. We are not liable for damage caused by mounting or use contrary to the instructions or the product information. If you buy as a business, our liability is limited to the invoice amount, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Article 10 – Intellectual property

All Mist Prints designs, models, images, product photos and texts are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, imitate or use them commercially without our written permission.

Mist Prints holds the rights and licences needed to make and sell the models offered.

Article 11 – Independence from trademark holders

Mist Prints is an independent supplier of 3D-printed accessories. The products fit the models named in the product description, but they are not official products. They are not affiliated with, approved by or sponsored by any trademark holder.

Article 12 – Complaints and applicable law

If you have a complaint, email or call us. We respond within 14 days.

These terms and our agreements are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection that the consumer law of that country gives you. If we cannot resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court.
