Returns policy

This is an English translation of our Dutch terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within that period you can cancel the purchase without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you receive the product. If you order several products that are delivered separately, it starts on the day after you receive the last one.

We only print our mounts once you order, but they are standard designs from our shop. The cooling-off period therefore applies to them in full.

2. How to let us know

Tell us within the cooling-off period that you are cancelling the purchase. You can use the withdrawal form, but an email to contact@mist-prints.nl that says so clearly is fine too. Please include your name and order number.

You then have another 14 days to send the product back. We will send you the return address.

3. Unpacking and inspecting

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop, and check that it fits your set. If you go further than that, for example by screwing the mount to the wall, we may charge for the resulting loss in value. You can still return the product in that case.

Please send the product back complete and well packed, in the original packaging where possible.

4. Costs

The cost of sending the product back is yours.

You get the full purchase price back, including the standard shipping costs you paid with your order.

5. Refund

We refund you within 14 days of your cancellation, using the payment method you paid with. We may wait until we have received the product back, or until you show that you have sent it.

6. When the cooling-off period does not apply

The cooling-off period does not apply to products made to your own specifications, such as a mount we designed or adapted especially for you at your request. We will agree that with you in advance.

7. Characteristics of 3D-printed products

Small visible print layers, minimal unevenness and slight colour differences are part of 3D printing. They are characteristics of the product, not defects. They do not affect your cooling-off period.

8. Damaged or wrong delivery

Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong mount? Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos, at contact@mist-prints.nl or +31 6 17 59 03 53. We will put it right at no cost to you. What else you can expect is in our warranty policy.
